MACC offers a variety of online dual credit courses for high school students. Students will only be permitted to take online dual credit courses that are NOT offered as in person dual credit courses at KHS.
Dual enrollment is different than dual credit. Dually enrolled students attend both Kirksville High School and college at the same time, both in-seat and on-campus.
There are numerous opportunities for Dual Enrollment with Truman State University and Moberly Area Community College for juniors and seniors. This may include day or evening classes. This does not include summer courses as the student is not dually enrolled at the same time. Dual Enrollment courses will be weighted at the standard 4.0 scale unless approved by the high school principal. Applications for dual enrollment are available in the counseling office or online at www.macc.edu or www.truman.edu, see your counselor for details.
