Fee Waiver Codes

Schools in blue are DC CAP partner schools.

• Black Common App: OSSE2025

• American University:  No fee for all students who attend a DC public or public charter school (Nov. 1-30, 2024)

• Bowie State University: No application fee

• Catholic University: No application fee

• Delaware State University: NACAC2425

• George Mason University: No fee for all students who attend a DC public or public charter school (Nov. 1-30, 2024). After this date, on the Common App, enter DCAMMASON. On the Mason-specific application, enter DCAMMASON in the "Honor Code and Certification" section.

• George Washington University: No fee for all students who attend a DC public or public charter school (Nov. 1-30, 2024), After that, please use fee waiver code: GWFW5

• Kent State University: DCCAP

• Marshall University: No application fee

• Marymount University: No application fee

• Morgan State: FW2025 (if that doesn't work email your NACAC fee waiver to apply@morgan.edu)

• Montgomery College: No application fee

• Norfolk State University: CBSS

• Northern Virginia Community College: No application fee

• Ohio University: MohneyApply

• Prince George's County Community College: No application fee

• St. Mary's College of Maryland: AccessSMCM

• SUNY Oswego: Complete Common App and select "eligible for fee waiver" or Download Fee Waiver from SUNY App.

• Trinity Washington University: No application fee

• UDC: No application fee. Make sure you select the option for DCPCS high school applicant.

• University of Maryland - College Park: Free early action application for all students that attend a DC public or DC public charter school. Students must submit the application by Nov. 1, 2024. Using the Common Application or Standout Admissions Network application, under the General Section, you will be asked "Do you intend to use one of these school-specific fee waivers?" Select the following: “Participant in the DC CAEM.” 

• University of Maryland - Eastern Shore: No fee for all students that attend a DC public or public charter schools (Nov. 1-30, 2024); after these dates, please use fee waiver code: DCCAEM 

• UMass Lowell: UMLOH2024 or UMLFW2024

• West Virginia University: LETSGO
