As the The Transition Coordinator, Mr. Griff also supports ALL students with the College and Career Team as well as the SPED team with students with IEPs and 504s with additional opportunities for exposure to career skills and work experience in the community through volunteering and presentations.
Mr. Griff also coordinates with a RSA Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to complete RSA intake for all Seniors with IEPs and 504s and follow up for completion of Individual Plan for Employment.
