Motivation

In this section of the award you are expected to lead or be the major driving force behind a project. As a guide you are looking at around 10 hours of leadership hours undertaken. This is to show that you can think for yourself and that you are ambitious. It is not enough to be a participant, you need to show that you can be self-motivated to achieve goals.

Make sure that you collect evidence. This could be notes from meetings, videos, photos, witness statements or even journal entries that you write yourself. You should keep a log of the dates and times that you have worked on your project and as a guide you are aiming for around 10-12 hours to undertake this project.
