Advocates for Student Privacy
Teaches and promotes student data and privacy through his or her instruction and role as an educational leader.
-Public overdue book lists no longer contain the titles of the books students have checked out to ensure their privacy
-Students are taught how to be independent users of Destiny to not only find library books, but to keep track of their checkouts
-Student book fine process has been adjusted to be more equitable
-KSD Library Scope and Sequence document
-Wisconsin Information and Technology Literacy Digital Citizen Standards
-Investigate Digital Literacy Learning programs and implement a plan for students to achieve the Wisconsin ITL Digital Citizen Standards
-Update the library Scope and Sequence document to incorporate any new Digital Literacy Learning Programs
-Ensure student checkout, circulation, and fine procedures preserve student privacy and are equitable
