Leverages an understanding of school and community needs to identify and invest in digital resources such as books and ebooks to support student learning.
-Create and adhere to an annual library budget

-Spend Common School Funds appropriately

-Staff surveys on database usage and suggestions
-Digital suggestion box for staff and students to recommend books to be purchased for the libraries
-Junior Library Guild member for monthly new books
-Increase the purchasing of Spanish language books and resources for each school library
-Verify that all current library books and future book purchases are age-appropriate according to Section C of the Selection Criteria
-Continue with the purchasing of library loaner chromebooks each year to keep an up-to-date supply for each school library
-Find additional ways to promote the database subscriptions
-Promote free resources such as Badgerlink and WISELearn
