 Building Maintenance

This pathway is taught at Gateway Community & Technical College. This pathway prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills in residential and structural building. Including instruction in technical mathematics, blueprint reading, construction techniques, air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, and applicable codes and standards. Note: Students have the opportunity to graduate with an Associate’s Degree (summer classes required to earn Associates). (Offered in conjunction with Gateway Technical and Community College).
