河端瑞貴ゼミでは、「空間」を切り口に、現実の都市・地域の社会経済課題を分析しています。分析には、地理情報システム（GIS）を活用しています。

近年は、GIS、(空間)統計学、(空間)計量経済学の手法を組み合わせた研究に力を入れています。ますます重要になっている地理空間情報の分析能力を養います。

半学半教（学生同士、教員は互いに教え、学び合う）の理念を大切に、和気藹々と活動しています。

Maps and Data: Spatial Data Analysis

In this seminar, we study urban and regional socioeconomic issues, paying particular attention to their spatial dimensions. Our research employs geographic information systems (GIS). In recent years, we have become particularly interested in the applications of GIS, (spatial) statistics, and (spatial) econometrics. We aim to enhance our abilities to analyze geospatial information, as developing such abilities is becoming increasingly important.  

In this seminar, we learn and grow together, aligning with hangaku hankyo—learning while teaching, teaching while learning.
