1. Migrating Google Authenticator(TOTP)

If you register your Google Workspace account (@keio.jp) in Google Authenticator, logging out of that account will make it impossible to log back in unless you have set up an alternative authentication method.

It is highly recommended to select "Use Authenticator without an account".

For explanations regarding the images in each step, please refer to the text provided to the right of or directly below the respective image.

1.1. Open the Google Authenticator.

Open the Google Authenticator.

1.2. Transfer Account

Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.

Tap "Transfer accounts".

Tap "Export accounts".

Confirm that the QR code is displayed.

Open the Google Authenticator.

Tap "Transfer accounts".

Tap "Scan QR code".

Scan the QR code displayed on the Previous Device.

1.12. Transfer Account

Confirm that the one-time passcodes are displayed.

Tap "Next".

Tap "Remove exported accounts" and confirm that it is selected.
