How to Re-register Authentication Factors Using Phone Authentication
Phone authentication (voice or SMS) can only be used when signing in to the keio.jp (Okta) account settings.
If you use other authentication methods, please re-register your factors using the standard steps.
1.1. Access keio.jp
1.2. Enter your Keio ID
Enter your Keio ID and click/tap "Next".
1.3. Select "Device Replacement"
Click/tap "電話・SMSを設定していた方は、こちらから新しい認証方法を登録可能です/If you used phone or SMS verification, register a new method here."
1.4. Enter your Keio ID
Enter your Keio ID and click/tap "Next".
1.5. Verify your identity using a security method
Click or tap "Select" next to "Password".
1.6. Enter your password.
Enter your keio.jp account password and click/tap "Confirm".
1.7. Verify your identity using a security method
Click or tap "Select" next to "Phone".
1.8. Authenticate using your phone
If authenticating via SMS, click/tap "Receive a code via SMS". If authenticating via phone call, click/tap "Receive a phone call instead".
1.9. Authenticate using your phone
Enter the verification code received on your registered phone via SMS (6 digits) or voice call (5 digits), then click/tap "Verify".
1.10. Open the user menu at the top right of the dashboard.

1.11.Select "Account Settings" from the user menu.

1.12. Register a security factor.
Check the instructions for the authentication factor you wish to register from "About MFA Setup", and then register the factor.
