[Caution] The workshop place changed from a room at FPT University to a meeting room at Binh Duong Hotel, a hotel in the center of Quy Nhon City.
This is the fourth workshop organized as a part of the JSPS-VAST Bilateral Joint Research Projects (https://sites.google.com/keio.jp/jv2021-2024/). The first one was online (6-10 Dec. 2021), and the second and third ones are face-to-face (26 Nov. 2022 at Keio and 19-20 Dec. 2022 at VAST). The JV2023 Quy Nhon will also be a face-to-face workshop. The topics of this workshop are the topology of singularities and related studies as in the title.
