Title: The Milnor monodromy and the Bernstein-Sato polynomials of a meromorphic function

Abstract: The Milnor fiber of a meromorphic function was introduced by Gusein-Zade, Luengo and Melle-Hernandez about 25 years ago. Moreover they obtained a formula for its monodromy zeta function. In this talk, by showing a nice concentration on the cohomology groups of the Milnor fiber in a generic situation, we obtain also the multiplicities of the eigenvalues of the monodromy. This first part is a joint work with Tat Thang Nguyen. In the second part, we introduce the Bernstein-Sato polynomials of a meromorphic function and explain their relations with the monodromy and the multiplier ideal sheaves associated to it.
