Being a special educator has always been a hard job. A year of remote and hybrid learning has pushed some staff to the breaking point and next year’s recovery plans will further tax staff. It is a simple process of teaching executive functioning skills when students can't do the work and providing positive reinforcement when students won't do the work. enCORE offers a blended approach of hands-on learning, technology-facilitated lessons, and individualized, technology-delivered instruction across English language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies. Based on evidence-based practices (EBP) and the most current research on addressing the academic needs for this complex student population, lesson plans are scripted, providing teachers with a step-by-step guide for using systematic instruction, constant time delay, system of least prompts, and technology-aided instruction. *Incentives offered during the presentation are no longer available.
