Description: In this module participants will learn how to effectively develop IEPs in order to improve outcomes for students with emotional and/or behavioral needs.

Description: Participants will be able to share tools to address student anger, anxiety, resentment, avoidance, relationship building, and behavior, be able to separate discipline strategies from interventions that build motivation in students, have tools to MOTIVATE good behavior, and address the factors that create “emotional noise”.

Description: Participants who go through this module will learn about executive functioning and be able to identify the different executive functioning skills and how to put supports in place to help students be successful in the classroom.

Description: This module will give an overview of Function-based Interventions, what they are, why are they effective, and what are the benefits and challenges. It will also help identify students who need an FBA and show how to conduct the functional behavior assessment.

Description: This module will guide you through the process of creating a behavior intervention plan including how to collect baseline data and how to use that data to choose the appropriate function-based intervention for you BIP.

Description: This module gives an overview of self-regulation and co-regulation of behavior. It explains how co-regulation influences self-regulation and gives tips for coaching self-regulation to students.

Description: Why do we engage in certain behaviors? Why do our students engage in certain behaviors? This module will discuss the functions of behaviors and what happens before and after behaviors that lead to the increased likelihood that the behavior will occur again or that it won’t. Also some interventions that can be applied in the classroom.

Description: This module introduces the participant to using Reinforcement effectively to shape behaviors they would like to see increase in classroom.

Description: Through this module, participants will define trauma and identify the types of trauma, identify the potential impact that trauma can have on an individual, and reflect on next steps to support students who have been exposed to trauma.

Description: This module is intended to provide information regarding the connection between behavior and language. It will also identify communication strategies for addressing challenging behaviors.

Description: This module will explain what a sensory processing disorder is and how to use strategies to support these students in a learning environment.

Description: This training explains how puberty can affect students with Autism and other Low Incidence Disabilities and gives resources for teachers and parents.

Description: The goal of this module is to direct you on a path to incorporate stories and writing into your curriculum which will enhance and improve the social skills of all your students.

Description: The Zones of Regulation is a teaching framework that provides strategies to teach students to become more aware of and independent in controlling their emotions and impulses using four concrete behavior zones.
