November

In November, we have been learning about the first two notes in solfege: Sol and Mi! We learned about conductors, created our own compositions using Sol and Mi, performed our peers' compositions, and conducted our own compositions for the class!  Then we started our unit on steady beat and have played the Tubano and Rhythm Sticks. This month we have learned these songs: Skunka Tanka, Engine Engine, Number Nine, and Sol Mi songs. In Early Childhood we are singing lots of songs about farms and farm animals!
