Wound Management>
An online, 14-week certificate program. Cost is $1,275. There is no application process and intake in ongoing.Tune up Your Leadership>
A Selkirk College course designed to improve and fine-tune your existing skills as well as develop some new techniques to improve communication and group problem-solving. Leadership happens at all levels within a workplace and MOAs are often called upon to demonstrate leadership in a variety of situations. This open enrollment, 2-session course is typically offered once in the fall and once in the spring. Cost is $159.MOA Panel Management>
FPSC offers medical office staff the opportunity to take the Panel Management for Family Practice program through the University of Fraser Valley. The program consists of seven modules with a final capstone quality improvement project implemented in-practice. It offers practical, skills-based training designed to meet the competencies of a panel manager, including basics of the patient medical home and primary care network, empanelment, registry-based care, pro-active and preventative care. The program runs two cohorts per year with start dates in September and January.
