1. BE KIND TO YOURSELF & Get Support if needed (Employee Assistance Program)
2. Find a Work-Life balance. Look at all you are doing & simplify if you need to (it’s okay to say NO)
3. Read about Relaxation techniques and Stress Relief
4. Take time to relax & recharge everyday (make sure you do something you love daily)
5. Confront your stress & identify the causes. Create a list of what’s in your control vs. what’s not. Focus on solutions for those things that are within your control.
6. Get Plenty of sleep
7. Think about creating a support group with colleagues. Maybe a weekly zoom.
