Day-to-Day Operations of Your Society
Now that you have a village, you must govern it. Your team will need to decide how to balance the needs and wants of your village. How important is it to have everyone contribute to each task? Should you each take care of yourselves or should you divide the tasks and share? Who does each task?
Work your way through each of these conversations and important decisions for the future of your village.
Once you decide on your jobs and work schedule for each member of your village, complete the time allocation sheet and calculate the work that gets completed once bonuses are applied.
With jobs, schedules, and resources all planned and calculated, you are almost ready for what comes next. You should meet with Mr. Ashman to review your progress and make sure you have all the details addressed. In the meantime, start talking, sketching, and/or mapping out your village.
