Scenario 2: Students PreK-3 are allowed to attend school with mitigation strategies in place. Additionally, capacity limitations may require decisions to prioritize in-school instruction for the highest needs populations, such as, students with disabilities, and English learners. Students grades 4-12 will receive new instruction through distance learning (as stated in Phase 1).
