Memoirs

Django

It actually wasn't that long ago, but when we first moved to Asheville in August this year my mom was jokingly saying she was gonna get another dog. My dad was like "there is no way we are ever getting another dog, end of conversation". So one day my friend and I were board so we were just riding our bikes around our street and decided to go into my house and get gatorade. When we walked in my daid said unhappily "your mom is probably coming home with a puppy, she texted me and said she was looking at dogs".

My friend and I went back outside and we were so excited we were jumping around and coming up with names for it.

About an hour later when we were playing battleship when my mom's blue BMW pulls up in the drive way. We rushed over to the car and flung open the door and there the tiny little puppy was, just sitting on the seat. We were so excited to play with him, but the puppy decided that he wanted to sleep much more.

About after a week of debating we finally decided on the name Django. I quickly FaceTimed all my friends in Charleston so that they could see him. They thought he was super cute and couldn't wait to see him when I came to visit.

My friends in Charleston

You guys probably already know that I moved here from Charleston, South Carolina. I lived in charleston for three years, I was supposed to live there forever, but my dad didn't like his job so he took a job here. While living in Charleston I made tons of friends, I knew everyone in the whole fifth grade. I was so upset when we had to move I cried so much, I still get to visit them though because my grandparents live in Charleston and we kept our house as a vacation house.

I recently visited , my friends in Charleston, and it was the most fun I had in a long time, or since I moved. I miss my best friends Lydia, Caroline, Ayla, Delaney, Claire, and Abbey so much. I will even miss the confusion between which Abby/Abbey is being called.

I am visiting them again this winter and I am super excited to see them again.
