Hi there! This is my first year at Winter Hill. My name is Kayla Mejia, and I am a school building substitute teacher. My biggest joy is getting the opportunity to work with all the students across Pre-K to 8th grade. Before this school year, I graduated from Boston University with my MFA in Film & TV Studies. Outside of the school day, you can find me hosting children’s book clubs for students in the Cambridge area, playing tennis with my partner, or cuddling my cat—Magoun (after Magoun Square of course).
