It's standard practice in 5th grade to fill out a Goldenrod Yellow "We Missed You" form if we are informed of an upcoming absences, or if the student has been out 3 or more days.
If your student has an upcoming absence and you would like to get their work ahead of time, or if you're student has missed several days in a row, you can reach out to have teachers fill out this form.
Or you can click to download and print the "We Missed You" form and have your student bring it to each teacher.
