After School Study Hall
What is After School Study Hall (ASH)?
Grade Level Tutoring is an after school program designed to give students extra time to makeup/catchup on homework, where they will have access to a 5th grade teacher to help them. Students MUST be signed up by a teacher prior to attending ASH.
After School Study Hall:
The program will start on October 14th
Tuesdays and Thursdays
After school from 3-4pm
Room depends on the day (we will communicate with students)
Each week the 5th grade team will reach out to the parents/guardians of students that would benefit from a little extra time to get their work done. If teachers do not reach out, and you feel your student is struggling to stay caught up, please reach out to the team and we will check availability, as space is limited. Because this program is designed to aid students who need additional time and or support to complete work, we will not tolerate distracting/defiant behaviors. If students have behavioral issues at ASH or refuse to work, teachers reserve the right to place the student on a "Do not return to ASH" list until a parent/principal meeting is held.
