Course Descriptions
Throughout this semester class you will be exposed to a variety of different ways in which you can skillfully communicate, and solve problems by using creativity, imagination, and ideas of photography, animation, advertising, designing, or visualization. Each one of these skills will enhance your understanding about what graphic design is.
Course Objectives
-Prezi is a presentation tool that can be used as an alternative slide based program.
-Pixlr is a cloud-based set of image editing tools and utilities, including a number of photo editors and a photo sharing service.
-Piktochart is a web-based infographic application which allows users without intensive experience as graphic designers to easily create infographics and visuals using themed templates.
-Canva creates professional-looking posters, slideshows, images, event flyers, resumes, cards, certificates, infographics, and other media. The tool allows students to design visuals to showcase their knowledge in unique ways.
