What do I do as the McCook Central Behavioral Specialist

  • Create plans for individual students to be successful at school

  • Provide support to McCook Central staff on how to support behavioral needs.

  • Coordinate PBIS

  • one-on-one check in sessions with students.

  • Small group and one-on-one sessions to work on improving social skills.

  • Whole group social skills classes for grades JK, K, and 1st.
