Important Timeline for school year 2025-26
December 2025
All hard copies were mailed to schools by December 20, 2025, so your school should have received the package by now. If
your school did not request hard copies, none will have been delivered. If you have any questions regarding the pre-order hard copy requests, please

Parent and school personnel survey links is posted on this website.
January 2026
Schools distribute parent letters and/or survey packets to all Parents/Guardians of Grades K-12 students.
The coordinator and administrator decide when to distribute the link (e.g., during a staff meeting or on a specified date).
February 2026
Principals or SQS coordinators should sumbit the following four numbers by the end of February 16, 2026.
Count of parent surveys distributed
Count of School Personnel links shared with teachers.
Count of School Personnel links shared with School Support Staff (SSS)
Count of School Personnel links shared with Instruction Support Staff (ISS)
Tip: The survey return rate is based on the school’s self-reported distribution numbers. Please provide the most accurate numbers
possible. You may use your school's employee roster to verify how many survey links need to be distributed across the
three categories.
March 2026
Collection ends on March 12, 2026, for both parents and school personnel. (Responses received after the beginning of April, may not be included in school reports.)
June 2026
Embargoed SQS school-level results are released to principals on ADC SQS before the reports are publicly posted on http://arch.k12.hi.us/reports/sqs
Open-ended comments from school personnel and parents are aggregated at the school level and by respondent groups are sent to Principals/Directors and Complex Area Superintendents.
