Survey Return Rate- Update in Mid-Feb and early March
Survey response updates (for parents and school personnel) will be shared mid-February and early March. Since we use Survey Monkey, return rates are not real-time and cannot be updated weekly.
Confidentiality
Responses are confidential and anonymous, linked to a school but not published publicly.
Open-ended comments are shared with school administrators but are not made public.
Reminder
Schools should actively work to capture the voices of parents and school personnel to increase survey return rates.
Data Reports
All SSS and ISS responses will be embedded in school reports. Data will be similar to the SSS and ISS reports summarized at the complex, complex area, and state levels, but will include only your school’s personnel. Data that does not meet the minimum N size will be suppressed for confidentiality.
