High school students (15+) may bring registered e-bikes with valid decals only.
Let’s work together to keep our campuses safe and our keiki protected 💛
Nānākuli High and Intermediate School reported an incident involving a student being followed by an adult male near campus on Thursday, October 30. NHIS security and local authorities were immediately notified, and increased supervision is in place during arrival and dismissal times.
We ask our Nānāikapono ʻohana to please remain alert and remind students to:
👣 Walk in groups
🚫 Avoid talking to strangers
📞 Report any suspicious activity to HPD or school staff immediately
The safety of our students and staff remains our top priority. Mahalo for helping us keep our Nānākuli Complex Schools safe. 💛🖤

The Hawaiʻi Department of Health has issued a voluntary recall of Meadow Gold chocolate milk half-pints with the expiration date October 16, 2025.
This recall is precautionary due to potential quality control issues — there have been no confirmed illnesses. Families are asked not to consume any Meadow Gold chocolate milk labeled “OCT 16” if it looks, smells, or tastes unusual.
Our school has stopped serving the affected product and will be offering shelf-stable milk or water as a substitute until further notice.
We’ll continue to follow state guidance to keep our students safe and healthy. 💛
