We invite your child to participate in our 2024 Summer Learning Program. This program aims to help your child prepare for the next grade level by focusing on all core content areas: English, Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Get an application from the front office or by clicking this link. Given the limited enrollment capacity, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will create a waitlist for students interested if space opens up. There is no cost to participate in this program.

An exciting event, Family Literacy Night, is taking place in the Nānāikapono Cafeteria on Monday, May 20th. The Read To Me International Foundation is hosting an evening fun read-alouds, music, and reading resources. Each person will be provided a grab and go meal! The Native Hawaiian Summer School Assistance Program (NHSSAP) is a collaboration between ALU LIKE, Inc. and Kamehameha Schools.  This competitive program provides summer school funding assistance to qualified students currently in grades K - 12.  Scholarships are available for students attending summer school at either a DOE or private school statewide (excluding all Kamehameha Schools campuses).

Applications are available starting April 1, 2024
Awarded on a first-come, first-served basis | Deadline to apply is June 8, 2024

Aloha Nānāikapono Parents and Guardians.  Step into the world of musical magic with NPAC's next production, "Believe!"  This musical revue showcase brings together song and dance numbers from your favorite pop hits, timeless adult standards, and the best of Broadway.

Support our community's talented grade 2 through grade 12 students from twelve different public schools, including Nānāikapono!

We provide the tickets, so you enjoy the show!  It's happening on Sunday, February 18, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, including intermission.  The show will be performed at the Michael D. Nakasone Performing Arts Center in Pearl City.

This year on January 30th there will be an in person hiring event at Ke'ehi Lagoon. It is open to the public from 10am - 2pm with an exclusive hour for veterans at 9am. There will be over 30+ employers from federal, state, and private sectors!

With more than 200 agency partners across O‘ahu and Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i Foodbank is committed to providing safe food access to everyone who needs it. You may be eligible for federally-funded programs like The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), or your keiki may attend a school that provides one of our Food 4 Keiki School Pantries. Additionally, other food pantries and food distribution sites remain open across the state.

Aloha Nānāikapono families and community members!  Our school has scheduled our earthquake and tsunami evacuation drill to take place on Wednesday, December 11, 2023.  The purpose of the drill is to familiarize staff and students with our emergency procedures when we have to evacuate the school campus to our evacuation site, which is Nanakuli High School.  

We appreciate your continued support of our efforts to keep our students, staff, and school community safe!

Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?  Why, it's Spongebob Squarepants!

Aloha Nānāikapono families!  Please join us for a musical night under the sea at the Spongebob Musical hosted by the Performing Arts Center of Kapolei.  The show is on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at the Kapolei High School.  Sign in times are from 6:00PM to 6:45PM, with the show starting promptly at 7:00PM.

Call Ms. Peralta to RSVP at 808-305-7800 and leave a clear message with your name and phone number.  One hundred (100) seats are available.  On Monday, 11/13, RSVPs open for families that did not attend the Sea Life Park field trip.  On Wednesday, 11/15, RSVPs open for all families.
