Who qualifies as a Returning Vendor?
A Returning Vendor is someone who participated in the same event the previous year. If you joined us for the November 2024 MHSAF Holiday Food & Craft Fair, you're eligible for early registration for the upcoming event on November 22, 2025.
To complete your registration, you must:
Read and agree to our Terms & Conditions
Submit the online registration form (fully completed)
Pay booth fees in full
Provide a valid GE tax license
Email product photos to craftfairs@mhsathleticsfoundation.com, or provide a link to your website/social media with product images. Please note that these images may be used to promote your participation in the event on our social media channels.
Food vendors must submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming: Mililani High School, MHS Athletics Foundation. and the Hawaii Department of Education as additionally insured
Note: Registrations missing any of the above by July 1, 2025 are subject to cancellation and refund.
Returning Vendors: We will do our best to place you in the same booth as the previous event if requested (not guaranteed).
Final booth assignments are at the discretion of MHSAF and Mililani High School.
Please note: Reselling or reserving booths for others is prohibited.
You must indicate in your Registration Form that you are sharing a booth.
The secondary vendor is not eligible for Returning Vendor status next year
They will not receive a parking pass and must find alternative parking
The primary vendor is responsible for sharing all event communication
Secondary vendors must submit:
An abbreviated registration form
GE tax license
COI (if food vendor)
Product photos
Their participation is subject to MHSAF approval.
