Vendor Information

It is because of our awesome vendors that our events are as successful as they are! Whether you are a faithful returning vendor or brand new to our events, this is where you will find all of the information you need for participating with us for our upcoming Food & Craft Fairs.

Registration opens for SY 2024-2025 this summer! Upcoming dates:

Early registration for Returning Vendors opens on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 10:00 am. Returning Vendors should have received emails with instructions on how to access our registration system. We anticipate opening registration to the public in July. 

We hold two Food & Craft Fairs each school year in November and April. Our events have grown and we now offer 220+ spots to food trucks, food service pop-ups, crafters, artisans, retailers, community and school groups. The events are always well-attended and we have ramped up our promotional efforts to include radio and print advertising. 

As a vendor, you can expect friendly and courteous assistance from our student-athletes, coaches, and volunteers to help you unload and transport your items to your booth. Need help setting up your tent? We've got you covered! We will even deliver food & drinks from our Athletics Concession directly to you at lunchtime. We hope you will come and join us! 

All vendors must read, understand, and comply with our Terms & Conditions. Your completed application and payment confirms your acceptance.
