It is because of our awesome vendors that our events are as successful as they are! Whether you are a faithful returning vendor or brand new to our events, this is where you will find all of the information you need for participating in our upcoming Food & Craft Fairs.
Our next event is November 22, 2025, MHSAF Holiday Food & Craft Fair
Early registration for Returning Vendors opens on Monday, June 2, 2025 at noon. Returning Vendors will receive emails with instructions on how to access our registration system. (The Registration Form will be closed from June 10 at 4:00 pm as we prepare for public launch.)
We will open registration to ALL VENDORS on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at noon.
We hold two Food & Craft Fairs each school year in November and April. Our events have grown and we now offer 220+ spots to food trucks, food service pop-ups, crafters, artisans, retailers, community and school groups. The events are always well-attended and we have ramped up our promotional efforts to include radio and print advertising.
As a vendor, you can expect friendly and courteous assistance from our student-athletes, coaches, and volunteers to help you unload and transport your items to your booth. Need help setting up your tent? We've got you covered! We hope you will come and join us!
