Preseason conditioning: Thurs January 29 and Fri January 30 @ 3:30-6pm

**To be prepared, each athlete will need to bring running shoes, cleats, and water, along with a great attitude.   

Tryouts begin: Monday February 9, 2026 - ? ;     3:30-6pm on the KHS field

**If you are still participating in Winter sports for Kalaheo, and can't be at  tryouts, you must contact Coach Jaymason, BEFORE TRYOUTS to let him know.

Regular season practices will be on Monday-Friday  from 3:30-6pm

• Current Sports Physical

• Concussion Management Form for SY 25-26

• Consent Form for Flag Football

• ImPACT Baseline

• Cleared from all Athletic's obligations
