Infinite Campus

Infinite Campus Portal 

Infinite Campus (IC) is the school's online grade book. Both parents and student will have their own access to the IC Portal.  Mid-Quarter Grades will ONLY be posted to IC Portal. Official Quarter/Semester grades will be printed and sent home with students.

Students and Parents who are having trouble logging in can contact Ms. Fujii (Librarian) at Danielle.Fujii@k12.hi.us to get help.  If necessary, we can "move up" to get more help from our TA Registrar, Joy Kahahawai-Welch, and even further up to our State IT Help Desk. 

Here is a basic guide to navigating Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you need assistance with activating IC Parent Portal, please contact the Portal Manager/TA Registrar, Mrs. Kahahawai-Welch (Joy.Kahahawai-Welch@k12.hi.us).  You can direct username lookup AND password reset requests to Ms. Fujii (Danielle.Fujii@k12hi.us).

*If you've downloaded the App to your mobile device and it's asking for the District, use "Hawaii" for District Name AND State. *

STUDENTS:

• Make sure that you're using your SIS number as your Username and NOT your entire email address [Just 12345678 NOT 12345678@k12.hi.us]

PARENTS:

• Parent Portal Activation Letters with your UNIQUE activation code were sent out at the beginning of the school year. You would use this to set up your portal account. If you do not have this letter, please contact the TA Registrar, Joy Kahahawai-Welch (Joy.Kahahawai-Welch@k12.hi.us) for an electronic copy.  

• You may have already set up an account, especially if you were at another DOE school (EX. Kailua Intermediate).  IF you need your Username AND/OR your password reset, please contact the librarian, Danielle Fujii (Danielle.Fujii@k12.hi.us).
