Agency: CentralReach Updates and Changes is the process where the contracted agency formally notifies the State ABA Team of any required administrative or data changes to their existing CentralReach setup. This includes changes to user access (like an Agency Admin leaving), agency contact information, billing details, or other system configurations.
To maintain system security and data accuracy. By formalizing the notification process, the State ABA Team can ensure that Administrative access is immediately revoked or granted as necessary (for security) and All contact and billing information remains current for compliant operations and correspondence.
The Agency: Responsible for initiating the process by notifying the State ABA Team of the required change.
The State ABA Team: Responsible for reviewing the request and executing the necessary updates and configurations within the CentralReach system.
