Computer Science Explorations
(Semester)
Students will use computational thinking in activities that explore different applications of computer science. Possible activities could include designing web pages, piloting virtual robots, creating music or art, or learning how to use AI or different programming languages. Discover what computer science has to offer. Previous coding experience is recommended but not required. CS Level 1 is not required to take this course.
Computer Science: Video Game Creation

EXS0102 CS: Video Game Creation (Semester)
This course is for those who want to learn about computer science through video games. In this class students will use creativity and computational thinking to design video games in MakeCode Arcade. Students will start off with basic gameplay then build up to developing a game and programming all aspects of gameplay that might include character design, movement, animation, levels, bosses, music, and more. Previous coding experience recommended.
