Mentor Language

"Robert Garmston and Dr. Arthur Costa developed Cognitive Coaching, which is designed to foster reflection and empowerment in coaching relationships. NTC worked closely with Mr. Garmston as we developed our use of mentoring language, adding concepts directly related to mentoring and coaching that result in improved teaching."

NTC stresses the use of Mentoring Language to:
