Induction & Mentoring

Aloha and welcome to our Aiea-Moanalua-Radford Complex Area Induction and Mentoring Program. We serve our community of school based mentors. We also serve our beginning teachers in their first and second years of teaching.

Our goal is retain, accelerate teacher effectiveness and impact student achievement through a comprehensive rigorous evidenced based Induction and mentorship program.

Kori Cidade

Aloha, My name is Kori Cidade and I am the the Induction and Mentoring Resource Teacher for Aiea-Moanalua-Radford Complex Area. I have previously taught at Pearl Harbor Elementary for the past 15 years teaching Special Education in a variety of settings. I also mentored University students from various universities; Chaminade, University of Hawaii, and University of Reno.

Interests: Shopping for deals, going to the beach and spending time with family. :)

Robyn Kaito

I am the Induction and Mentoring Resource Teacher for the Aiea-Moanalua-Radford Complex Area. I taught upper grades at Nimitz and Kamiloiki Elementary Schools, was a Gifted and Talented Resource Teacher, Thinking Maps resource teacher and was Nimitz Elementary's Curriculum Coordinator for 10 years prior to working at the District as a Moanalua Complex area Resource Teacher in 2017-2018. I was also fortunate to be a Cooperating Teacher for university students from University of Hawaii.

Interests: Traveling, shopping, and spending time with family :)
