Assignment: The summary of this project was to visually & functionally analyze a coffee maker.
What I learned: Inherently, this project taught me how to reverse engineer, or analyze an engineering object from a functional/visula standpoint. In functional analysis, an engineer has to essentially speculate what parts are involved in any object that is engineered, and how those parts interact to create a particular function, if it is a mechanical object. Visual analysis is much simpler, as it deals with what the exterior of the object represents, through color, texture, shading, etc.
Improvements: For this project in particular, I didn't include the right iso-view for the corresponding object, which in this case is the coffee maker. Instead, I used a picture that depicted the coffee maker from the top, compromising on the thorough visual representation of the object.
