You also have the opportunity to earn a credential prior to graduating from high school.

Mental health means having good ways to deal with your feelings and how to enjoy life, even when things are hard. Having a healthy mind and body are both very important. Everyone has good days and bad days. A bad day doesn't mean you have a mental illness, but you can still improve your mental health.

Understanding economic data and making informed choices will help to make sure that you will be successful in the field you choose long-term.
Self-advocacy isn’t just about speaking up. It’s also about knowing what you want to do and how to go after it. Start by participating in your IEP. Ask your teacher to set time aside for you to talk about your concerns and how they can help you. If you don't make decisions about your life, someone will make the decisions for you.
