The short month of February was a busy one for the John Curtis student body. With girl's and boy's basketball regular season ending, the teams have entered into playoffs with their eyes on a state title. Our wrestling team's season came to an end with a successful close. The sweetheart dance was a hit and senior, Madison Laiche won queen. To top it off some of our students performed a great play, Footloose, which had nothing but great reviews. Valentine's Day and Mardi Gras also added to the month's festivities. Of course, students are carrying on with their academic studies as well. Many students are competing in the Regional Science Fair this week. Between papers, projects, homework, and studying, the fun events of February helped us to enjoy the short, but sweet month.
