Jacksonville Middle School 

Hello! My name is Ms. Cooper, and I am excited to serve as a school counselor at Jacksonville Middle School. This is my first year as a school counselor, and I am grateful for the opportunity to support the scholars and families of JMS.

I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) with a bachelor’s degree in Middle Level Education. Before becoming a counselor, I spent seven years teaching and facilitating in ALE, which allowed me to build meaningful relationships with scholars and gain valuable experience supporting their academic, social, and emotional needs.

I have a passion for helping scholars grow and succeed while supporting their social-emotional well-being. I believe every scholar deserves to feel heard, valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential. I look forward to building positive relationships with our scholars, families, and staff and being a source of support throughout their middle school journey.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and, of course, eating! I am excited to be a part of the JMS family and look forward to a wonderful year!

Hello! My name is Jacob Tolle, and I am the 6th Grade Counselor and 7th Grade M-Z Counselor.

I hold a Master's degree in School Counseling and have seven years of experience working with middle school students. Throughout my career, I have developed skills in individual and group counseling, conflict resolution, and social-emotional learning. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where students feel heard, valued, and empowered to succeed both academically and personally.

Outside of my passion for supporting students and creating positive learning environments, I am an avid outdoorsman. I enjoy golfing, fishing, hiking, and many other activities that allow me to spend time outdoors.

I am grateful to the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District for giving me the opportunity to serve and work alongside our students, families, and staff. I am excited for the year ahead.
