My name is Debbie Horton. I have been in Education for the last 40 years. Thirty eight of those years have been working as a Guidance Counselor.  I have had the privilege of working with students three years old to 20 years old.  Most of my career I worked in the North Little Rock School District. After retiring from NLRSD, I joined the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District.  I have enjoyed working with our students, our staff and our parents.

I am married to Scott Horton of North Little Rock.  We have 2 wonderful sons, one great daughter in law and 1 perfect  grandson.  When I am not working at JHS, I enjoy traveling, gardening and attending sporting events.  Thanks JNPSD for making me a part of the Titan family!

My name is Tonya Jones, and I have the privilege of being a Counselor at Jacksonville High School.  Education has been my passion for over 30 years. Prior to working here, I was a counselor for Central High School in the Helena-West Helena School District.  I also worked for several years as a Literacy Coach. My husband is Charles Jones, and we've been married for 26 years.  We have three children and one grandchild.  We live in Lexa, AR.   Nuggett is my Yorkie, and he is very mischievous. In my spare time, I love to read, journal, and craft.  I have degrees from UCA, Harding University, and UA Little Rock. I love being a School Counselor, and I love being a Jacksonville TITAN!!
