What is "Professional Development (PD)" and why are teachers always participating in one?
Professional development refers to the continued training and education of an individual in regards to their career. For us, that's education and math! The goal of professional development is to keep us up-to-date on current educational trends as well as help us develop and refine our teaching practices so that we can best support all students in the classroom.
