Food Service & Hospitality is a rapidly growing industry with many career opportunities. Through the Oceana Food Service and Hospitality program students learn the necessary skills to hold a job in this industry. Students are taught about healthy meal planning, cooking, showing them the importance of a balanced diet and developing healthy eating habits. This course also teaches safe knife handling skills, food safety, allowing students to learn vegetarian recipes and of course enjoy them.
