Class of 2026

Ms. Laura Louissaint is a dedicated and passionate secondary teacher at Jefferson K-12 and Senior Class sponsor. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in English.

Her goal is to get students to never stop learning by providing an inclusive and engaging environment where students feel free to be creative and curious.

Ms. Louissaint LOVES cats, playing on her PS5, and watching medical TV shows.  

Mrs. Rebecca Egbuka is a caring and enthusiastic secondary Math teacher at Jefferson K-12. In addition to teaching, she enjoys serving as the Senior Class Sponsor and coaching the Girls’ Basketball team. She earned her bachelor's degree in mathematics and her master's degree in Secondary Education from Southeast Missouri State University.

Mrs. Egbuka’s goal as an educator is to inspire curiosity, creativity, perseverance, and kindness in her students. She works hard to create a classroom environment where every student feels safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their potential.

Outside of school, Mrs. E loves spending time with her husband and their two dogs, getting lost in a good book, and playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends.
