CSIP Phase IV

Professional Development Plan ~ Progress Monitoring

PD Plan Due April 29, 2026

Make sure it is loaded in your CSIP folder.

Email jcps.csip@jefferson.kyschools.us when complete.

You do NOT have to upload to eProve. We do that for you!

Please disregard the email you receive from Cognia on the administration of the PD Plan.

The email you receive on 03/07/25 from Cognia about the PD Plan diagnostic indicates the location where we will upload the PD Plan for you once you have emailed us that it is complete..

CSIP Phase IV consists of one task, the PD Plan for SY25-26, which includes plans for Progress Monitoring. Update the required PD document which can be found in the Phase IV folder of your CSIP School Folder. Email jcps.csip@jefferson.kyschools.us when you are finished and the JCPS SIP Team will enter all responses in eProve for your school. Progress monitoring is internal and does not require submission.

Who might not be impacted but should?
What training is needed to fully deploy the strategies and activities?
Whose voices may still need to be sought out and heard?
Are there any strategies or activities that set up barriers?

Your CSIP School Folder will have the required CSIP 25-26 PD Plan Template for your school.

COMPLETE - Submitting your PD Plan

Please email jcps.csip@jefferson.kyschools.us once you have finished updating the 25-26 PD Plan Template in your CSIP School Folder. The JCPS SIP Team will update your diagnostics in eProve.
