Phase II is due Nov. 1 and includes two Diagnostics.Β
Here are the steps for completing Phase II:Β
1) School Assurances (A1 Schools and Non-A1 /Title 1 Schools)
2) Needs Assessment Β (A1 Schools; Title 1 Schools may be asked to complete by JCPS)
Use KSA data along with district provided data sources (e.g., Vital Signs, CSS) to complete the Needs Assessment.
Reference the KDE CSIP Rubric to ensure you have met the requirements.
