1. Locate the email titled “Activate your Cognia Improvement Platform Account”
 *If the email is not in the inbox, please check the spam or junk folder.
2. Open the email and copy the activation link.
3. Paste the link into a new browser window, you will then see a new page populate and your email address will already be filled in. Continue adding your information to the remaining fields.
You can log in at any time by visiting: https://home.cognia.org
Under the WELCOME message enter your email address and select continue. Next you will be prompted to enter your password.

This school year, Kentucky educators will access improvement planning resources through the enhanced Cognia Improvement Platform (CIP). This is a replacement for eProve. All continuous improvement work will be completed here rather than a tool we create.
Cognia and KDE are coming to JCPS to train princpals. You are welcome to invite your APs, Instructional Coaches, and anyone you want to have access to the platform. We suggest you keep platform access tight. Information is below.

Please note that sharing CSIP work with SBDM has one official date from KDE which by law is only Phase III by Jan 1. You may share Phase I and II later than noted in the SBDM calendar - see below for options.
Phase I - Share in Sept or Oct
Phase II - Share in Oct or Nov
Phase III - Share in December to meet the Jan 1 Deadline
