January 3 - Feb 13: Scheduling lessons occur during magnet classes or study skills
February 17 : Make up sessions
1:00 pm virtual session online (link will be posted in Google classrooms)
February 12: Student portal open for online submission of course requests
February 18 - 20: Counselors meet with students individually during study skills
March 4: Deadline for course requests to be submitted; student portal will close
March 23, 4:30 pm: Class of 2030 (Incoming 9th grade) scheduling- HSU
March 24, 4:30 pm: Class of 2030 (Incoming 9th grade) scheduling- JC and VA
March 25, 4:30 pm: Class of 2030 (Incoming 9th grade) scheduling- YPAS
March 26, 4:30 pm: Class of 2030 (Incoming 9th grade) scheduling- MST

This message will show up on every student’s account because there are so many possible paths to meet graduation requirements. Specific questions about graduation progress should be discussed with the appropriate counselor.
