General Information Scheduling 2024: 

• January 31: University of Louisville Dual Enrollment Program- Louisville Scholar Application Due 

• January 30-9: scheduling presentations will take place in magnet classes and programs (teachers will notify students of assigned times and locations for their magnet specific presentations)

• February 9: student portal and google form will open for students to submit schedule requests

• February 15, 2:30-3:00 pm: in-person  makeup session in the auditorium

• February 15, 3:00-3:30 pm: virtual makeup session will be held online (link will be shared on via  google classroom Feb. 16)

• February 21-23: Individual Scheduling Sessions (students/teachers will be notified of assigned times)-Library

• March 1: deadline to submit schedule requests 

• TBA, 4:30 pm: Class of 2028 (Incoming 9th grade) scheduling- JC and VA

• TBA, 4:30 pm:  Class of 2028 (Incoming 9th grade) scheduling- HSU

• TBA, 4:30 pm:  Class of 2028 (Incoming 9th grade) scheduling- MST
