Senior Chromebook Return

Chromebook Return Dates and Times:
All Chromebook returns must be completed in person at the Jaxco Library Learning Commons during the following times:

• Thursday, May 7th - 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

• Friday, May 8th – 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

• Monday, May 11th – 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

• Tuesday, May 12th – 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

• Wednesday, May 13th – 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Final Deadline)

What Seniors Need to Know for Chromebook Return

Where to Return

• All returns must be completed through the Jaxco Library Learning Commons.

• Devices cannot be dropped off at the front office or sent with family or friends.

Before You Arrive

• Remove all stickers and clean your Chromebook.

• Charge your Chromebook the night before so it powers on for inspection.

  • • If your charger is lost, you must pay $25.

      • To save time, pay in advance through SchoolWindow.

• If you think your Chromebook is damaged, visit the technician early to avoid delays.

During the Return Process

• Your Chromebook and charger will be inspected for damage.

• Plan for 15 minutes or longer, depending on how busy it is.

Payment Information:

• If your charger has been lost, $25 payment is required. To pay online or for more details, visit THIS LINK.

• If you have a cracked screen or other damage, please consult Mr. Johnny Bahjat in the Tech Office, located in the Jaxco Library Learning Commons, to find out the charges before completing your return.

Special Situations

• Seniors who are taking AP or IB exams after May 13th should work with technology ahead of time to return their Chromebook after testing.

• If a senior only attends classes on the Empower campus, they should return their Chromebook and charger to the Empower Technician. The technician will be given access to the Chromebook Collection Spreadsheet to properly record the return.
